Everything was excellent, the staff were outstandingly accommodating and the location was amazing. The standard twin room was romantic and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Nearby restaurant was nice with yummy food....

Standard queen room with windows looking north across the rooftops, had essentials required. Having a hair dryer, a bidet, and bath robes was a bonus.

All the services were very good. The breakfast was rich for what was on offer, with scrambled eggs and a good assortment of hot and fresh fruit. The location was quiet and very scenic, and we could reach Martim Moniz Square by walking.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel with an amazing location under the castle wall. The staff was exceptional, providing friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. We enjoyed a delightful breakfast with a great team who ensured our satisfaction. The room was very nice, and we were even given a free upgrade to a beautiful room with a huge patio area. Despite a few small disappointments, such as the AC being satisfactory but not great, and the breakfast being a bit underwhelming compared to other hotels in Portugal, we overall had a very enjoyable experience. The hotel's quiet location and accessibility to the city center made it a great choice. The only downside was the view of a building being constructed, but that didn't dampen our enjoyment. we highly recommend this hotel.

Warm and savoury breakfast, romantic standard double room.

The location, in the old part of the city and close to Castle as well as Fado places. Nice view on Lisboa from the terrasse. Walking distance from downtown by steps or by old tramway

Very complex to arrive by car and not well indicate or explain during reservation. Access to th street is limited to local people.

The calm situation, no noise during the night, we could leave the windows open. Large and pleasant room. Beautiful view over the city

The house facing the hotel (a ruin) as well as the abandoned "garden" do not give a very good image of the hotel when arriving... They should buy the garden and use it, or build a terrace...! They should anyway have a common terrace, it would be great.

Its incredible base for visiting some must see attractions in Lisbon.
